Missy Lister is a dedicated Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She began her nursing career in 1998 as a labor and delivery nurse, where she developed a strong foundation in supporting women through some of life’s most important moments.

To advance her career in women’s Health, Missy earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in 2011. She went on to work in an OB/GYN clinic, further expanding her expertise in women’s health. Her clinical experience, combined with her approachable and caring nature, allows her to build meaningful relationships with her patients while delivering high-quality care.

Missy joined the BWH team in January 2026 and is excited to offer Comprehensive Women’s Health services. As an experienced provider, she thrives in an energetic, progressive environment that offers a variety of services, including well-woman exams, problem visits for abnormal bleeding and pain, birth control management, and perimenopausal health maintenance.

Outside of her professional life, Missy enjoys gardening and spending time

with her family and their two dogs, Duke and Yeti.
